Great job with the composition and b/w conversion. The focus is spot on. And what a really wonderful capture of the moment. The background adds to the story of the title , like the baby went out beyond the fence to explore. It's OOF just enough but not too much to become unrecognizable. The background bokeh here might not be what some voters are looking for but it's just enough for me. Maybe a little more OOF and it would've been perfect for this challenge . Good luck with this one :)

I like the oak. Would'be been too sterile with a white background. The added texture and color of the table makes it a warmer photo. And it's like someone is playing with their food on the kitchen table :)

The pose and composition is perfect, as is the lighting(as usual). Didn't get a chance to vote and haven't seen all the photos yet but a 5.6! bleh :P surely deserved more. Voted down much too harshly for the tree not being the main object. I get the concept and I like it but it would've been more natural if the belly button stud wasn't there.

Thanks Tim. This is the 2nd time I've seen this kind here. Probably is a pet budgie that flew away from its owner. It did get along pretty well with the other bird and a pigeon that was pecking on some growth.
