Got this idea immediately after seeing the challenge description but I didn´t get around to shooting it till last minute, this is just shot right before midnight.

Lit with 2 bowens monolights, one direct from the behind to give the shadows and one from the front with a softbox.

In case someone is wondering how the peas are standing up like that, my wife helped me out with that. She put a piece of white string through the peas and then we hung it up like that and I removed it afterwards in post processing since this is an advanced editing challenge. Cropped to a more square ratio, curves for contrast, sharpened after resizing. A little dodge/burn to even out the lighting, I really need to get some barn doors and a snoot for these kind of shots, this time the lack of it led to a poorer photo, I don´t wanna blame the equipment though if this crashes and burns, I sort of like this photo and it came out pretty much the way I saw it except I originally intened to use a white backround but changed my mind and decided to use our dining room table wich is made of oak. I would not submit this normally though, think I can do better but it´s a feeble attempt to try and improve my WPL2 score for week 6 wich is at 6.1 at the time I submit this. |

		| I like the oak. Would'be been too sterile with a white background. The added texture and color of the table makes it a warmer photo. And it's like someone is playing with their food on the kitchen table :) |
