How do I start with this...
First off, size - Most common tip on DPC: Make sure the image is close to the maximum size allowed (640px on the longest dimension).
Secondly, title states something obvious, but not specific to the challenge or helpful in relating the image to thte challenge (not that it needs to). A better title would simply be "V"
Thirdly, the bright light on the right detracts majorly from the picture.

Very nice photo, but the "Accidental Letter" does not play a significant role in the image. Frankly, I am not sure what the letter is. Your title would indicate it has to do with the water wheel (an "O" I assume), but I can barely see that. I do see a "t" in the taller portion of the building. If your title focused on that or if you cropped in tighter on tht wall, it would've scored much higher. Hope this helps.
