Truly a professional capture to tackle the 5. Congratulations on your top 20 finish.

Very sharp macro. Clean, simple lines. Perhaps a tad contrasty, but I suspect it's meant to be. Nice choice of border, and I'm glad this isn't on a stark white background. Awesome textures and detail.

technically excellent. don't know how it will do so shortly after the jewelry ad challenge, but were it not for that, I thnk it would be in the top ten finishers. Might anyway. Good luck.

I keep coming back to this one trying to decide whether I like the border or not. I think, in the end, that the border helps the image rather than take away from it. I was particularly bothered with the aliased top & the bottom, but I am convinced now that it is good. 7.

This would have made it high ranked in the jewelry challenge. Excellent here too.

Isn't this the same watch from DPReview! :) I love the contrast and the fact that it's the fifth at 5:05.

Beautifully done, high-key watch is damned tough to get right. I can't say I'm fond of the fade-through in the border area.
