Hallgrimskirkjaby heidarthorComment: I love the perspective on this, and the choice of black and white, but it seems somewhat dark, and I would like to be able to make out a little more of the detail of the rest of the building. There seems to be a wonderful arch door there, as well as some interesting lines on the other side of the building. Overall, a very nice shot though. |

God is in the Houseby NazgulComment: I just love fine architecture! Beautiful lighting, I love how this shot highlights the building without all the overwhelming details. |

Still Watersby amsmythComment: A wonderful shot that does convey the feeling of a peaceful, sacred place. Love the colors, and really like the way the composition is set up with the rock and the water having such clarity, and the trees in the background having a very soft feel. Works beautifully together. Just me, but I would prefer to see the small bush in the foreground cropped out; I find it distracting, and feel that it takes away from an otherwise perfect shot. |

The Thirteenth Moonby zeuszenComment: I had to sit and look at this shot for the longest time. I like your composition - there is a nice range of tones that makes is very appealing. And I like the lonely little tree. I just cannot get over that huge city sitting there, it just looks so odd. It absolutely looks like it is in the middle of nowhere! I'm interested to find out where this shot was taken. |

San Filipe de Neriby Firstrich1Comment: Great architectural shot! Love the black and white; this almost looks like a drawing or painting as opposed to a photograph. This shot is very visually appealing, and moves the eyes fluidly throughout the photo. The lights and darks are all balanced well with a wonderfully dynamic composition. The longer I look at it, the more I like it. I sure hope people take the time to really look at this, it is terrific. |

Touched by an Angelby arnitComment: What a terrific shot! It makes the most of the unusual architecture with a minimum of detail. The lignting for this was just perfect - the negative space aspect of the shot works well to accentuate the subject. The choice of black and white was perfect for this. |

Entryby karmatComment: Definitely a sacred place to me. I would love to have seen this same shot at night, with lights at the entry way to show off the beautiful arches, and inside the church to show off the wonderful stained glass windows. |

Communionby ellamayComment: Lovely shot. The way it fades to black at the top and the bottom is visually appealling to me, and the colors are quite nice. This makes me think of something exotic like the Australian Outback! |

Golden Lightby dinnComment: Love the warm, intimate feeling of the shot that comes across through the lighting, and feel that it conveys the feeling of a sacred place. I also love wonderful architecture, so this shot definitely appeals to me from that angle as well. Also like the "soft focus" feel of the shot. |

Sacred Worshipby jmark53Comment: An interesting photo, I really like the composition, and the way the lighting is done. (Did you intend for it to be red, white, and blue?!- That's the first thing that struck me!) Love the negative space aspect of the photo. |
