Interesting colours on the rusty barrel. I find the top of the barrel is too blown out, and the background blurry lights are distracting, too. ;-)

It was taken at 11 a.m. Remember, there is a pane of glass there which maybe what causes the haze you seem to be able to see. There's a white flowering tree, and the pink azaleas are reflected on the glass of the window.
