This a better shot then I would like to see. I'm tempted to score it lower than it deserves, coz I wish it wasn't as good as it is. I think the ripple effect enhances the blue and red. Oh I'm sure someone will complain about the foreground being out of focus, but I think it lends itself to the idea of motion. Red lined border adds a nice touch. (9) from me.

This in one photo that really would have looked amazing if it had been real clean and crisp. I wonder also what this shot would have been like if the boat had appeared higher up in the shot accentuating the foreground more.

Bright light

Normally in focus/out of focus - it depends on the shot. This is one shot that I must say would have liked to see real sharp and crisp. I think it would have made this photo outstanding.

I wonder if you'll get 'it's too dark' comments. I think it adds to theme and the photo itself. The barbed wire in silouette is a good idea. With the ominous dark clouds it certainly works for me. Oh I suppose the bright light could have been toned done a fraction, but what the hay like I said it works for me.

I think you should have cropped out the top (the building) and just had the reflections. (and boat silouettes)

I live near a lot of refineries so I can relate to this photo. Think I would have liked to have seen the left pole cropped out.
