Technical 2.5/3 - nice colours and tonal range, but seems oversharpened with noticeable halos
Creative 2.5/3 - love the subject, restricted palette, and thoughtful composition; might like to see the subject a little lower in the frame
Meets competition 3/3 - after so many godforsaken bar signs, this is a breath of fresh air in more ways than one
Emotional 1/1 - I like the peaceful feeling it projects

| I love how the water line is completely invisible, and I also think the colors are just great. I keep getting confused when trying to set a score for this image .. something is throwing me off - its like the boat looks a tad oversharpened or something. Just my eye's I'm sure. I'm bumping you to a 7 .. .well done :) |

| This in one photo that really would have looked amazing if it had been real clean and crisp. I wonder also what this shot would have been like if the boat had appeared higher up in the shot accentuating the foreground more. |

| The challenge is met, and there are a lot of elements I like in this photo. One thing I'm not too crazy about though is the choice of cropping - I would have liked to have seen more. 6 |
