Terrific job. Love the colors. I agree about the sharpness, but this is so much better than I could've done. Good work.

Beautifully captured composition. A bit more sharpness would definitely help improve the scene. Taking shots of droplet of water is very difficult, but your attempt is worth recreating as this type of shot would be very saleable.

The contrasting colors are really beautiful and make this very interesting. The colors of the ripples gives a surreal feeling.

Tiny bit of noise reduction would also help here. This is definitely a great do over shot/recreation shot. If you do please post for everybody to enjoy.

Well, you seem a bit cynical. I would have liked the droplets in focus, but I still gave it an 8. Last time I checked, I've not really seen too many blue ribbons score an average higher than that. I love this picture, so did a lot of people. Many others gave it a 9.

OH SO CLOSE! if the droplets were in focus, this would be a winner, hands down. i give it an 8 for effort, others may or may not be so kind.

nice idea and color though!

nice colors. i'd probably find this a stronger image if it was more in focus. great idea. it will be interesting to see how many border comments you get...

It's always very interesting to see this kind of picture, but it's too much out of focus to my taste. Nice job though being able to get that.

Such a fascinating compostion. Those drops just seem to hang there, don't they. The colors, the swirls, the ripples, the contrasts - they all work together so well. Forget any comments about lack of focus, this is an excercise about color, contrast, movements, etc. I really enjoy watching it.

Nice job, but I would have liked it more if the drops were in focus.

Damn, you missed the focus point, maybe a faster shutter speed would have helped, but as it is this is not going to score high imo, nice try though and good title.

Wonderful. Just wish it were a bit sharper. Also the excess black border at the bottom is unbalanced 9

This a better shot then I would like to see. I'm tempted to score it lower than it deserves, coz I wish it wasn't as good as it is. I think the ripple effect enhances the blue and red. Oh I'm sure someone will complain about the foreground being out of focus, but I think it lends itself to the idea of motion. Red lined border adds a nice touch. (9) from me.

Interesting water pic, what's with the uneven border, planning on making this into a motivational poster?

sweet title, nice pic, strange frame 7

the frame is a bit messed up, or did you really intend the bottom edge to be like that? your focus was a bit off and a bit grainy in some part (over processed maybe?), good try nevertheless
