Day-05.jpgby KenComment: Ken!!! You are THE BOMB!!!!! I think you were rewarded for being the kind of guy you are!! And I hope the employee in charge, who didn't take it, but rather called you to come pick it up is equally as blessed. What a great story. It does my heart so good to know there are really people like you out there!
I have to admit, I probably would have kept it, only because I wouldn't have wanted to take the time (time is my enemy these days) to go fool with it. . .then I would have said a prayer for whoever lost it.
I probably would have done like you tho and really worried that it was some kid's lunch money, or someone who was barely making enough to pay bills that week, and regretted that I didn't take the time to go turn it in. But if that ever happens to me, I have a feeling I will remember this story and maybe will take the time to do the right thing.

Day 5 - Bedtime Storyby wickee_oneComment: I like it too! What a beautiful little girl. And she looks so cozy snuggled up in her bed with a book.
We used to every night try to read a book but ALWAYS we had to sing them a song and say a prayer. To this day, the few songs we sang them are special childhood memories that were included in their wedding slide shows :) Savor every moment of it...it goes by all to fast.
But now, our little Abby, one of our kids' daughters, is asking at bedtime, "Can you sing me a song". We've come full circle :)

Man in the Trees by JutildaComment: Way to go taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary. I actually LOVE construction type photos. I have occasion to be shooting at construction sites so much with my work, and I'm always wanting to shoot the workers doing their thing rather than just buildings and stuff. This is very cool.

6: god, i hate paintingby muckpondComment: Eeee. .. I hate painting so much. I really like that apartment tho. It looks like it has great bones. . .with the crown molding and cool windows. It looks so urban.
I really hope you don't hate painting as much as I do. . .cuz. . .if you do, I won't even say "have a nice weekend".
