This image is a ten in so many ways. Tthe facial expression couldnt be more perfect if it was painted on. The contrast between the almost 'Dickensesque' subject and the modern plastic chairs and bags is amazingly effective. One of the better candid images I have come across. Straight into my favourites.

Wow, what a scene. You are a lucky person. Really like the boats here. They complete the image. Its a shame the palm is in such bedraggled condition here, but it was a nice idea to use it to frame the image. 7.

Love the golden cast on the windmill. Your walking a thin line when it comes to the processing here, but I think the pushed appearance of this image works in the end. 8.

Well this is a lesson to everyone who takes photographs of children. Simply terrific. DOF is perfect, you have isolated him tremendously well. One of the best images I have seen so far, this is the kind of stuff that could make you a very nice living as an upscale portrait photographer. 10.

Great expression on both these guys faces. Good capture there - but the flash is a little harsh, and it doesn't look like much thought has gone into this.

Egg-splosion

This is one of very few set-up shots in this challenge - and as far as set up shots go, its not a bad one. YOu've stopped the splash quite effectively, though this image does suffer from being a little untidy - I think some spot editing with respect to some of the water droplets - particularly on the egg would have been a great help here. I'm also not completely sold on the background. Overall, not a bad effort though. Good Luck. 6.

This is definately a nice scene. Composition is strong - I like the puddle under the bench - adds a nice element. The image itself though, seems a little dull - maybe would have been better on a brighter day. Not bad, but lacks a little oomph. 6.
