Toronto Subwayby hstegComment: i'll give you this: this image is evocative. i don't like it, mainly because it reminds me of work. all the same, you've made a great capture, and i hope it doesn't get lost in the shuffle of this huge challenge. there is a remarkable amount of detail with very little noise (and done so without appearing to be over-polished). great job, and good luck! |

Once in a lifetimeby 0055Comment: only once, unless you practice, practice, practice ;-)
excellent image, one that i surely hope doesn't get lost in the shuffle of this challenge. thanks for sharing! and now, as i have nothing else to offer, i'll just sit and enjoy it for a moment, if you don't mind. good luck in the challenge! |

The Edge Of The Worldby DiscraftComment: sweet! dontcha just love being able to nail these shots! i really can't wait to see how many suggestions you get to fix the tilted horizon (which, in my opinion, really contributes to the overall feeling of being on the edge). great work! thanks for sharing. and now, as i have nothing else to offer, i'll just sit and enjoy it for a moment, if you don't mind. good luck in the challenge! |

Juxtapositionby flip89Comment: oh, how cute ;-)
i think your image would have been fine, even without the easter egg. all the same, it will be interesting to see how many comments you end up getting, and how many of them reference the ...

Sunflowerby atsxusComment: interesting perspective. the vibrant colors really make this image. i'm just curious why you left the blur on the right? it isn't really adding anything to the image, and there's not enoug of it to consider it bokeh. oh well, pay no mind: that's just my opinion, and it's your image. good luck! |

An Eye for A Ribbonby neesa108Comment: this is a beautiful image with a great catchlight. too bad you had to throw a hokey title at it (but i won't hold it against you.). good luck with the challenge! |

Untrained Eyeby casualguyComment: what a stretch of rail. lovely colors that you've captured here, as well as a great dof. i just hope this image gets the time it deserves (as well as the time necessary for all the rich features to be absorbed). thanks for sharing, good luck with the challenge! |

Haunting Sunsetby vtruanComment: i remember these amazing images. they were incredible the first time i saw them, and they still are. i am curious though, why you didn't crop out that major distraction on the left, as it really detracts from anotherwise fantastic image... |
