Great shot of a flower that is different.

Beautiful sense of motion and colour. In such a graphicly styled image I would have certainly done something about that grey-white blur image right - it's like having something in your eye, and it's so difffuse, so different in feel from the majority of it, that I cannot see what purpose it serves. Certainly the composition requires the crop you've chosen, so i can see why it's included ... but it really does attract the attention, and in such an otherwise top image ...

i really like this photo but here is the "but" one if left on the horizontal it doesn't work but rotated counter clockwise and cropped along the dark area and the light colored blob removed, it would be a much stronger image. You have the color and the fluid movement of the petal carrying your through the image. You had me rotating my lapatop.

Nice to see a more unusual flower composition, but still doesn't make me go "wow".

Pretty... I like the shallow DOF giving it a sort of modern art look. The right side however does bother me... although I know it is part of the stem/leaves, the blob catches my eye too much and detracts from the main subject. I think you could have been just as effective cropping off about an inch on the right side. Good luck!

interesting perspective. the vibrant colors really make this image. i'm just curious why you left the blur on the right? it isn't really adding anything to the image, and there's not enoug of it to consider it bokeh. oh well, pay no mind: that's just my opinion, and it's your image. good luck!

Like your angle, the colours and the crisp focus, good job! To nitpick.... the whiteish blur on the left is a bit distracting.

Hot photo! More sun than flower - it projects a heat and draws the eye. This rocks!

These flamboyant beauties do photograph well, but you've taken it to the next level. Good one. 9

a little to much green bud I feel moved right would help.

wonderful image, the white blur on the right is a little distracting though

Nice mix of colour... the bright orange gives the petals a flamelike appearance.

Unique angle to shoot this sunflower. I find the white blobs on the right hand side to be distracting. I like the softness of the petals and colors, though.

I like this a lot but think you should have cropped off that awful white spot on the right.
