not fond of the execution. nothing about the image really screams early, early in the am to me. maybe if you had pushed the post-processing a bit, you might have had a more interesting/engaging entry.

i am quite sure you are getting hammered with a very low score. don't take it personally--everybody has to start somewhere. if you really want to learn how to take better pictures, dpc is a great place to start. read the suggested tutorials, ask questions, and DON'T QUIT! it can be frustrating, but it can also be very rewarding and fun!

i was looking for something to give me the feeling of 'early in the morning'--this looks more like early in the afternoon. as a photograph, i like the composition, but think it could use a little post-processing; as is, it is a little flat and a little soft, and doesn't really lead me anywhere.

excellent shot! this would look good in a series, if you had one of the oven door being opened (with the same amount of motion blur), and if you had one of the dough being worked on, as well as one with the racks being pushed around. great perspective to be shooting from. i can't decide if this makes me hungry to eat, or to go out and shoot ;-)

great idea, but a bit too centered. would have been more dynamic with a bit cropped off the left. excellent capture. i can relate both to the shooter and the situation.

this could have used a bit more post processing to really make the image zing. a little shadow/highlight filter, and little work with hue-sat. it's a great base image, but it could go a lot further.
