Doom Watch by ImagineerComment: Originally posted by Lowell Simon: This is a great image with teriffic impact. The computer manipulation is outstanding. The original image however is mediocre. I am still using film and have to take good images to start with. True photography seems to be a lost art and computer manipulation the present and future. Great computer manipulations like this one leave me kind of sick to my stomach. |
this type of comment makes me wish i could catch up with lowell in a few years, after he's caught up with the rest of the world and understands how little he knew when he made this comment. this image would have been impossible, had it not been perfectly captured to begin with. |

Scottish Hammer Throwby LongfistComment: excellent capture. don't sweat the comments about the fence--the fence is the reality of the situation. as is, the fence provides a natural framing, and the timing of the capture couldn't be better. |

Skip Rowland (Skip)by BradComment: that's not a camera--it's a silver-plated cigarette box with a built-in lighter! |

Just the 2 of usby GivemeashotComment: nice moment you've captured. could use a little more contrast between the subjects and the background. as it is, appears to be a bit too muted. |
