Nice idea, but I find the composition rather uninteresting. I would have preferred to see the box at an angle, rather than parallel to the borders.

I find this too cluttered. I'd have preferred to have just the sketch with the hand holding the pencil.

I don't think this really fits the challenge - only the title suggests something new. And your shadow (I presume it's you) in the bottom right corner is distracting.

I find the lighting much too harsh to do the flower justice - especially the black shadow at the top of the stem.
