Thanks! I actually used a shallow DOF on purpose. I hope that isn't what cost me a ribbon!

I think this picture would have been great had the background been more white. A cool trick I recently learned was to make a curves adjustment layer in Photoshop and take the little white eyedropper and click on the white portion of the background and it will usually "fix" the coloring issue (you may have to click on different location until you find the right "white"). If you don't have Photoshop I apologize...
