by nixterComment: OK, this stopped me in my tracks and had the most amazing effect on me - my heart started melting and my face lit up with a great big smile.
The true mark of a great photograph is it's ability to leave a mark and still see it long after it is off the screen. This is just such an example. |

My Wife in Black and Whiteby heavyjComment: Had it not been for the title, I would have guessed one of Librodo's models.
Perfect example of what a stunning smile can do for an image. |

_MG_0120.jpgby DufusComment: What I am drawn to here is the way the shadow crosses her eye. The effect is superb.
I'm kind of torn about the gold-looking belt, as it draws my eyes there too much, wondering what it is.
Had it been black or a solid dark color, I think it would have looked a lot better. |

My Valentineby alexjackComment: This has such a natural and comfortable look & feel to it.
Just a moment, a natural moment that is one of daily enjoyment and as seen on any given day.
The real value of this is the lack of fancy setups and was done in familiar surroundings.
Very nicely done and this is exactly the type of portrait photograph that I could see on the inside flap of a book.
Bravo! |

So well balanced, great lighting and tells a story.
This I could see as an album/CD cover. |

Dyson lurkingby SoulMan1978Comment: I love these guys.
I had one for about 7-8 years and was over 12" long and had the prettiest light blue eyes.
I adopted a name for them form my Dad - he always called 'em Preposterous. I have too.
Dyson is cool. Just a touch in the levels and drop neutral levels a bit and it really looks great! |

10by hannekeComment: This looks like something right out of a Museum or similar.
The head being completely out of sight, the T-shape, then the smooth flowing lines complimented by the black square.
Modern Art for sure! |
