I like a lot of things about this image, but one thing that bothers me a lot is that the person's eyeball is cut in half. Cutting features like this is generally considered a compositional no-no, and in this case, I agree. Still, for the other strengths of the image, a 7 from me.

interesting compostion. My first thought when I opening the image was there wasn't enough information to convince me this met the broken challenge. But the more I looked at the compostion, the more I was convinced that it does a great job of communicating the message and meets the challenge very well. Are you confused yet? OK, how about a 9?

I like the geometric shapes created by piling the broken pieces on top of one another. The backlight nicely separate the subject and dthe red liquid is just enough to add interest but not overpower the image. Great job. 10
