The flash is too strong and has washed out the person's face. Also, it would have been better if you had not cropped the person's face out.

I like a lot of things about this image, but one thing that bothers me a lot is that the person's eyeball is cut in half. Cutting features like this is generally considered a compositional no-no, and in this case, I agree. Still, for the other strengths of the image, a 7 from me.

Composition is quite good, but I am not familiar with the quality. Overexposion is distracting on the pilot's face, but even makes the whole shot quite unnatural.

..it's strange with the bit of person in it...but I think that's exactly why I like it...strangley harsh and raw...interesting.
