Dante's Poetic Conversionsby LouisonComment: A truly magnificient image. I would hazard a guess that this is an image taken in Quebec City of what I believe to be the Nun's residence on Grande Allée.
Very nice job... and in keeping with your usual high standards. Well done indeed.

Silence eyes...by radusteComment: A Very captivating image, but I am having a difficult time associating this with the theme of the challenge. Notwitstanding this, I scored it a 7. |

Deep Hole Inlet — Dawnby Bear_MusicComment: Another stunning photo by a master landscape artist. Words escape me as I sit here transfixed by this beautiful image. Thank you for making the trip to Provincetown (I think...) and sharing this wonderful artwork with us.

Terminated by scalvertComment: How did I know this was a Scalvet...hmmmmmmmmm Lemme see..
It was innovative, creative, well executed, had great lighting and truly stood out from the pack.... just some of the more recognizable traits that are consistant with a Scalvertian effort.
Great job and kudos on another much deserved ribbon.

C H E E S E !by SJCarterComment: Good Lord... this makes me glad I don't have young children looking over my shoulder... sure would scare the bejeesus out of em.
I do like it, although I do have a problem with what I believe is your attempt at doctoring the background, witness the white line above the left shoulder and adjacent to the right cheek bone area.
Nice job. |

bad end to a good jumpby coolharComment: I honestly thought this would have done much better. The mere fact that you managed to capture this event was a bonus in my opinion. I truly did like this photo, and had it been just a tad crisper I would have scored it a 10.
Good job and keep up the good work.

Over the Fenceby scalvertComment: I truly must need a great deal more exposure to what is considered a good photo in this site, as I had scored this a 9.
While I do appreciate the fact that we all have different methods of scoring, I honestly cannot even begin to comprehend how a photo like this one would warrant a score of less than 5, much less the 1 to 3 scores.
Great photo, regardless of what the voting public has decided.
