The evil nightby umbroComment: I know you can get a very day-like shot if you let a nighttime exposure go long enough - but the problem with that is that in a setting like this, it just looks like an overcast day. |

Line between Bridgesby colylaComment: This is such a wonderful picture, and all the more amazing for making a top 10 finish with your first entry! I congratulate you. Are you familiar with the USM function in Photoshop? (I think it's in Elements too). USM = Unsharp Mask, and it can help very much in bringing out detail in slightly fuzzy photos. Most digital pictures need a bit of sharpening anyway. PM me if you're interested, and I can go into a bit more detail. I think that if this were just a bit sharper it would have finished even higher. Good luck in the next challenge! |
