Such an evocative image. It plunges me back into my western sojourn. Every pebble and sprig is accounted for, every articulation of the landscape. Is that a contrail in the sky? I thought it was, and gave this an eight rather than a nine.

One of my favorites in the challenge. This seems a sort of musical staff, the notes and undulating harmonies comprised of trees, clouds and mountains. The ever-present singing of the world.

Many fine images in this challenge, and HDR processing often subtly used to draw out and enhance the mood, but your image stands out for me. HDR and emotion, here endearing joy, combine in support of each other to terrific effect. It's as if the boys' happiness, shining eyes and all, is being made available to us, in case we've forgotten what it's like.
