I love the sky. Maybe crop out some of the dirt in the foreground as it doesn't really add anything to the shot. I'd shoot it from an angle so the pole isn't dead center. Or zoom in and just concentrate on part of it to show off the details.

I think I would have shot it from an angle so that you aren't looking at it straight on. The overall capture is just a tad dull. Maybe it was a cloudy day. Or try it in black and white and play with the contrast for a bit more visual interest. What if you zoomed in and concentrated on part of the barn and the detail of the wood? I hope this is helpful.

Very cool. This is the most artistic shot I've seen yet in this challenge. It offers lots of visual candy, without going overboard (no pun intended). I like the grays/blues of the sky and building aganst the warm tones of the wood. The square geometric shapes of the skyscrapers juxtaposed amidst the curve of the walkway is very appealing.

Nice composition with some negative space. Oood use of black and white. I like that one ship has dark sales and the other has light - this makes for nice contrast.

I love this. Is it Brighton Bay? Great contrasting colors and the ladders add to the overall appeal. The triangles of the roofs are a fun contrast to the squares and rectangles of the wall. I like this alot.

Nice composition. I find the colors very appealing. I like the rusty roof against the green and blue of the natural land/seascape. I wish the front of the house weren't in shadow, but perhaps that gives it more appeal. Nice.

Beautiful water. This might have more visual interesting if the boat weren't dead center in the shot. Maybe off to one side would make it more appealing. The lighting and depth of color is done well.
