The trees in the wind contrast perfectly with the stationary structure to the right. Very well done.

Something seems odd,though, about the clouds. Especially to the right of the image...Without those darker clouds (and if that's Mother Nature, too bad) this could be a front pager. Maybe it still will be.

Well, these leaves do show the effects of wind, but it would be nice if they formed a pleasantly pleasing compostion at the same time. Just a thought, of course.

I really like the way this explodes out of the blurred background.
Um, the drop shadow is not perfectly believable (IMO of course) But I sure do like the way you handled this.
