As a biologist, this photograph interests me very much. The frog is so real, you can just 'feel' its soft, perhaps slimy skin ... but it seems like its ready to jump away from you. Be careful now. DOF is good, lighting is perfect ... I like it that you offset the frog toward the side ... to give him more room for the impending movement ... very very pleasing. Congratulations!

Nice subject. The front cacti are a little bit distracting, IMHO, and their role in the picture could be reduced by cropping about an inch and a half from the bottom so that your main elements would get more attention.

I love the black that you chose a stark black background ... it accentuates the delicate character of the flowers. The white is pure, the petals soft, the clarity of the main flower subject is exceptional ... you can almost touch the petals and be dusted with pollen. Great job!

Interesting framing ... colors are beautiful. There seems to be a gray cast that may perhaps be reduced by boosting contrast a little bit ... but if this is the intent of the picture, then, it should be ok.
