This shot is super interesting becaise at first the viewer thinks this is a left eye, but in reality, because of teh shape of the brow, its a right eye. And then, the eyelashes are so well defined, and the little feather ends are like "wtf?" is this supposed to be like a peacock?
But overall, its a great shot.

I love the composition. The colors, the over burned look' perhaps you weren't more successful because of the fact that the focal point, the people on the breakwater were not so "defined" or in a "sweeter" position. Thats the luck of the draw, "the photogs curse" as it may be. But, if you photoshop out those people, I would guess youd sell a million prints of this otherwise awesome shot.

I think the placement of the buildings and the mountain line is a great compositional move; I also think that the "dirty" window filter works. I do however, think that a distraction is the horizontal wires. This has such a great composition and feel that you might want to try photoshopping out the wires.

What a view; I really dig how the mointains are not super shrp but hazed over. It adds to the depth and lets the treeline pull you in. Nice shot.

This is a real nice action music shot; perhaps it would be nice to see the crowd or stage a bit, but this musician should be real happy with this one. Nice contrast, also.
