reflective tarpby undieyatchComment: The shot doesn't really jump at me, maybe if the cropping was a little tighter, too much space around the stack and it was reflecting even more. A 4 for now |

I Wish I Had A Friendby OneSweetSinComment: This shot would have been perfect for the "All Alone" challenge. The composition is well done, good cropping overall but I'm not sure I like the color in the shirt so much with the rest of the shot black and white. I personally find it distracting and keep finding myself drawn to the shirt. I started at a 4 the first time around but am going to a 7 |

Braking The Barrierby sjonniComment: The lighting on this shot jumps out at you on the thumbnail shots and when you get here you need to put on your shades! :) THe way it cuts into his face is very dramatic but a bit overpowering for me. You can see the almost rapturous expression on his face, not as intense as the light. Overall not a bad shot, just a bit overpowering for me. I started at a 4 but am going up to a 6 |

Morning Dipfer Ducksby dacrazyrnComment: I love the orange in this sky! It's so vibrant and rich! But the rest of the shot really gets me, the dog and pond actually end up being a distraction for me, if the shot had been cropped higher and really concentrated on the sky and horizon this would have scored much higher with me. Started with a 3 but bumping up to a 7 after another look :) |

Lightbulbby gakoutComment: Where? I've looked at this shot several times and each time I get a little dizzy from the way the circles go around but have yet been able to define the lightbulb itself, unless it's a reflection of one and I'm missing that. It's also a bit on the small side, hard to really see what's going on. I started with a 3 but am going to bump to a 4 and will probably be back again. |

By the bookby ronnersComment: I hope you don't read in that light! :) Your poor eyes! Okay, just kidding but the light does seem rather dark for reading and if it was bumped up a notch it would really add to the shot for me. I like the subject matter you chose, very nice considering the recent breaking of some rule, even if by accident, myself being one of them! ;) My first impression was a 3 vote, after coming back and looking more closely I'm going to a 6 for now, may be back again. |

Abstractby oskarComment: This is very interesting when you look at it in the thumbnail, makes you wonder, "What the heck is that?" Which is good, grabs my attention. But once I'm here it's wanting, the clarity is undefined in the overall shot and the light in the back gets lost or is it coming from underneath? I can't really tell. Maybe a more powerful spotlight to define it more from behind and a bit more sharpness and this would have really punched up the shot for me. I started with a 3 the first time through but am going to bump up to a 5 because it does grow on you :) |

Emergenceby zeuszenComment: In the thumbnail the clouds almost look like a face. Lovely shot, the lone bird is hard to see but in a way that is good, really makes you look at the shot. Have to wonder where you were when you took this shot, can't wait to find out. a 7 to start |
