In conflict with modern cattle.by jimsappComment: Yeah, I guess so and it's not a bad shot of the bison/buffalo though the cropping seems just a bit off, could be a tad tighter on the right or a tad looser on the left. The dark color of the buffalo is lost, no real detail while the rest shows great detail. A 5 |

Puzzledby rruff5287Comment: Interesting take on the challenge, conflict with the game. Those games are hard too but I had to really look to try to see what he was playing. Maybe a different angle that showed a bit more of the game and a look of fustration on the model's face? The black and white works well here but the focus seems to be on the lettering on the shirt, overall sharper focus would really help the shot pop for me. A 6 |

What's Winning?by GPComment: I'm guessing the conflict is between the warmth of the tower to the cold of the outside? Or is it the classical fight of good (the church) vs. evil (the outside world). So it meets the challenge on either of those levels.
As for the shot, the white roof (?) on the bottom left is very distracting to me. If you were to crop just above that line and still keep the door in the shot it would make a huge difference on my score. The contrast is also just a bit wanting. A 6 |

Through with THATby fisheyeComment: Greetings from the Critique Club!
This is a very interesting image, so much too look at and really make you wonder just what you are through with. The diet or the junk food, LOL!
As for the shot, as I mentioned, very busy, so much to look at and to try to figure out exactly what you are going for. Upon looking very closely I can see the garbage bag around the bottom on the bottom left but the marshmellows under the bottle and book just don't seem to set right if you were shooting down into the bag. There is nothing supporting them, you know? Also the cropping seems just a bit off for some reason, maybe if the bottle top was completely in the shot? Too many things cut off, nothing completed leaving a sense of wanting in the shot. The colors are well done and the contrast is there also as well as the lighting. Not a bad shot overall, just a few little things that seemed a bit off.

Off Roadby bgartside47Comment: Greetings from the Critique Club!
This is an interesting image in that it makes my turn my head and try to figure out what is all there. The focus seems off just a bit, almost as if there was a slight camera shake, a sharper focus would help this image a great deal to me. The cutting off the tires on the left also hurts the image to me.
I do like the black and white use here. Color would have been very distracting. But the itmes hanging on the right are a bit distracting to the shot. Perhaps if you had removed the other objects and turned one of the bikes over to offer some contrast? I like the shot overall just needs a bit of tweaking to me.

Jack & Cokeby spydrComment: OmGOSH, you would ruin a good whiskey with that vile coke? LOL! Just kidding. I like the together idea but I don't like the post processing, the x-ray type look. The ice looks very dirty and just not very appealing at all to me. a 6 |

My Wife & I Fit Together Quite Well, Thank You.by drgsoellComment: Wow, you and your wife do look a lot alike! Spooky! I can't wait to hear how this was done!
I like the shot and the division in the middle is almost perfect but not quite and her side in the middle is really out of focus for some reason compared to the sid on the right. A 6 |

College Survival Kitby bgartside47Comment: PB&J, without a doubt the most well know together pair! This is a college student's main staple, along with mac and cheese. The shot is a bit bright and out of focus. Also, knowing several college students, they would never cut off the crusts, they are always hungry and would eat every single crumb! ;)
The knife is a bit of distraction because it's so clean with just the touch of peanut butter on the end, seems there should be peanut butter and jelly smeared on it from cutting the bread and the clean cuts on the bread also are a bit to clean, you know? A 5 to start, going to a 6 |
