Thanks Don. Shutter speed was 1/1600. I worked out when shooting in the rain to have it over 1/1000 that way the rain is more defined.

Sorry!! Each January we rent for 3 weeks the same holiday apartment in Zermatt with this view from the balcony, this challenge started when we were there. This year was the first time when we did not need to drive 800km to get there!!

For the rest of the year since February 2018 we live in an apartment that has this view from the balcony:
Waves of Lake Geneva

Again, sorry, but renting enabled us to do this and I love skiing and the snow covered mountains!!

WOW seriously good timing Margaret. Anyway I watched your time lapse video, and my son walked by and said "why are you listening to Moonlight Sonata" I said "it's a DPC photographer's video from Switzerland" I then replied "that you were a lucky X-Aussie who moved over to Switzerland", and to which he then replied "well what's stopping you" and so the seed has been planted :)

Thanks for the video that was Brilliant, never tried that before, but it truly engulfed me.
