breakfast on the fly by rozComment: All these bugs are off to the Artist's Union for more recognition. They will soon go on strike if they don't get a pay increase. Not. We can only hope :)
WD Roz, must be your new signature shot and one helluva score. |

Toucan statue against the sunlit skyby joeyz101Comment: Image is nicely composed and sky colour lovely but Toucan OOF. Pushing the curves here to get a little detail on the statue left you with a lot of grain in the sky. Still a nice shot. |

Daddy, how was I born?by gadionComment: A really good macro however the antennae over the right eye detracts. I don't get the title but that's not overly important unless a shoehorn which this isn't. Colours are good and not oversaturated on the wasp. |

The Garage Windowby HipychikComment: Arty and appealing. I like the dead space between the objects. I might have raised the bottom three glass objects above the line of the window frame somehow, perhaps with a piece of wood wrapped in a dark cloth. |

The Kingby The EskimoComment: Image meets challenge. Great sunburst, nice and close shot. Good exposure control in the shadow area. Colours and contrast somewhat weak. |

Studio light.by mb2006Comment: Good exp control of your camera pre PS PP. Her look/emotion is a bit contrived. Skin tones a bit red. Too much wine? :) Meets challenge |

Nutcracker 09 - Mice Getting Readyby vtruanComment: I like impromptu captures, subjects are unaware of the camera and more natural. Lights appear above them, not behind them? Edit, Oh wait, captured from a mirror :) |

Eye of The Stormby WildpurpleComment: Not sure this meets the challenge, lighting is from the subject, technically OK but my understanding should be from behind or side of subject. |
