 This horse is one of the eight Budweiser Clydesdale horses pulling the famous "beer" wagon. I took several shots while the horse's head was bobbing up and down and I was finally able to capture this one just as his head was in the right place partially blocking the bright sunlight. Most shots were hopelessly flared out by the sun. I also used a little tilt on the camera as you can tell from the peeps in the left corner. I like this one and hope it does well in the voting. I optimistically predict maybe a 6 or close to it.

Oh well,a little disapointed in the poor showing of this shot. With some selective advanced editing the colors on the roses and ribbon could have been less washed out.

Image meets challenge. Great sunburst, nice and close shot. Good exposure control in the shadow area. Colours and contrast somewhat weak.
