Jumbled Jacksby rumttuggerComment: Interesting composition. This a reflection? Must be. Had to look at it for a while to figure it out - well done. The only nitpicky comments I have is some "reflection blur", but since I haven't done one of those shots myself yet I don't know if (a) it is avoidable and (b) what you would differently. Other than that, the picture is just a tad too busy for me, but I like that this is one of the pictures where I'm not commenting on the background distractions! |

Jenga Dareby mciComment: Nice shot. The wooden table goes well with the natural wood playing pieces. |

tennis courtby mnewmanComment: Nice angle and cropping. It would have been awesome if there had been someone visible somewhere in the back actually playing tennis. For that, you probably would've made my top 5! Still, good shot anyway. |

Dominos under the Banya Treeby rampbComment: Good job on actually having people playing the game! How would this have looked shooting over one man's shoulder to make the viewer feel they are part of the game? But it's nice anyway. |

Some Of My Favoritesby lcgleahComment: I like Mancala, too! This is a pretty decent shot, everything is in focus. Good job! Something that I would consider doing differently next time is move the games still closer together (you could even have some of them overlap) and then zoom in closer to remove some of the background. Or, move the table against the white wall that is visible in the back of the picture and then take the shot there so that the chair and the curtains don't distract you from the games you are supposed to look at. |

zen-garden tic tac toeby magnetic9999Comment: I didn't know tictactoe was that relaxing! ;o) Nice idea, nice execution. This is nit-picky, but I think the shot would be nicer if the white gravel extended beyond the edges of the photo, and the white background didn't poke through. |

Aggravationby tjpierreComment: Have you already got the comment to clean your die a couple of times? Other than that, good shot. I would also try and crop just a little tigther and get rid of the yellow line in the bottom right corner. Or, if you reshoot this, move the die a little further back. Do like the background though. |

Triple Letter Scoreby insipidangelComment: Are these old game tiles that are loosing their color or is this something funky from the compression? Can't make up my mind. In any case, nice setup, the focus should've been more in the front of the shot, IMO. |

Surroundedby albapeteComment: Nice concept, the surrounded piece is captured (no pun intended) quite well, but the surrounding pieces are only blurred shadows on the edge of the picture. If I had to do the shot, I would try zooming out just a little more so that they are recognizable but still blurred. You would've also got a nice reflection of the surrounded piece. |
