I like this approach, but don't think it was executed very well here. (Sorry to be critical.) The model appears to be looking up at the top of the window like he sees something there, which detracts from the feeling of introspection. Compositionally, I think the model would be better placed further right rather than in the center. Technically, the background needs a bit more contrast, which is difficult since the inside is so dark in comparison but a little tweaking with curves might help.

Not exactly what the challenge asked for, but I like the panorama format and the composition. The border is too wide in comparison with the image; a thinner one would be less distracting.

Well posed and composed. The lighting makes the subject seem too light in contrast with the dark background. But that's a minor point; this photo expresses solitude very well.

Playing a guitar is a lot more fun when there is someone else there to hear you! This photo is well done. The model's pose and the low key approach help convey his loneliness to the viewer. The noise helps too, although I think that is a bit overdone.
