Yeah, typically, 10-12 teaspoons/can ... and remember that the sugar is dissolved in carbonic acid.

I like the intimacy and angle of the portrait, but I also find the OOF earrings a slight distraction, drawing the viewer away from the eyes -- I'd like to see this with them either cropped or cloned away.
