Looking at the entries so far, this is an different take and a captivating social statement. Whether happenstance or planned, the composition fell in place here. The perceived "have" is young, pretty, close, takes up a good portion of the frame, well dressed. The "have not" is everything opposite. I'm a fan of street photography, good capture. One of my top picks so far.

I think the subject (wall of a barn?) has potential for this challenge. However, I think you tried to include too much where the numbers get lost. I think a tight composition (perhaps three plates high) would have greater impact.
