Sunset view from Clingmans Dome along the North Carolina-Tennessee border. At 6,645 feet, Clingmans Dome is the highest point in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the highest in Tennessee, and the highest on the Appalachian Trail. Snow marks a trail on the ridge in the foreground.

The soft mountain peaks are a treat to watch here. I would have preferred a bit of more sky which I feel could have added more depth here.

This image reminds me of a producer of sedatives and natural medicines in the Netherlands. They used this kind of images on their packings. Lovely image with those fading hills and nice colours as well.

I love hill gradations. Wonderful moving and sweeping image. The sky is a bit OTT for my liking but still very pretty.
