I like the street capture. One of the more engaging compositions so far. But the processing is just a bit much on the purple/blue side. It looks too unnatural... Just MHO.
ETA: Even though I think its a bit too much on the blue hues, I'm bumping up because it's one of the most engaging compositions.

Nice representation of a core downtown street. Like your vantage point looking down the middle of the street. Whether intentional or not, I like the slight blur of the people in the crosswalk showing movement. This "duotone" treatment is fine, but I wouldn't mind if you posted the color version in the photographer's notes after the voting just for comparison purposes.

My first impression is, "that sucks (rush hour traffic), I know what that's like." You got my emotional vote. I think most Americans in a large city can relate to this pic.
ETA: I think this caught the essence of a main street that is a different take. A lot of the other submissions are the "pretty" side of a main street. I think this will be(?) one of the under rated images.

I like the "tease" of this main street. By tease, I mean it seems to be a real interesting main street with the neon "Civic" (theater?) sign and the other lights, and the cobble stone sidewalk on the left portion of the shot and the lighted tree lined street, but it's just a little bit too dark thus lack of details. I think this would have been a stronger image if this was taken within the hour after sunset (the blue hour) where you could have captured a bit more detail. This has potential... Just MHO.
