I looked at all the billboards - West Side Story?? - , all the people passing by, their paths they follow(ed), the lights... such a great photograph worthy a 10!

I like the street capture. One of the more engaging compositions so far. But the processing is just a bit much on the purple/blue side. It looks too unnatural... Just MHO.
ETA: Even though I think its a bit too much on the blue hues, I'm bumping up because it's one of the most engaging compositions.

Like the fact that there is so much to see. Perhaps this could've been taken at a time with a lot more people filling the scene to match the business of everything else around..Like the desaturated look to this photo.
