Cute play on words. The covering on the pencil makes it look out of focus at the bottom end, but I really think this is the pencil's fault. The pink boa (?) and the pink background are a bit too similarly colored to distinguish the two. 6 Swash

Great shot! Funny title. I like cats and cat pictures! (I hope this off sets any anti-cat sentiments you might have received - see rant) She/He has an interesting left eye with the brown spot. The rug/blanket give this a snapshot look, I don't mind, but if you're going for a high score, you might want to think about this.

This is not what I'd pictured when I thought Pencil, but you did make me laugh out loud! The pencil is a little blurred and the chickens in the distance get pretty dark and grainy, but I still like this shot, just for it's out of place outrageousness! I'm even going to to give you an 8, for the humor of it all. Swash

Is that a pencil in the foreground? I honestly don't recognize it as such. I like the yellow and white lights on either side of your object. I also don't get the significance of the artwork in the background, but am assuming it has something to do with the concept you were attempting. (maybe pencil in pixelation?) The reflected light on the right side is also a bit distracting. 6 Swash
