Internal Affairs by MAKComment: Way overprocessed... Violates the spirit of the rules in that you used two exposures. I know you did it in camera but IMHO it shouldn't be allowed. My 2 cents worth... Take it as you will.

Immobility's Relentless Nemesisby jjbeguinComment: Not exactly what I would call a harsh environment. Wonder why it didn't get towed... There are a couple of what look like dust spots on the windshield that I would have cloned out to give it a more solid black but that's just me.

Farm House in a Barren Landby candlerainComment: Looks a bit oversaturated but not horribly so. Just enough to make the ground look odd against the blown out sky. I think I would have cloned out the little car next to the house to give it a little more of a deserted feel but that's just me.

Deadly Forestby TomComment: Harsh environment indeed but not really an interesting shot. Nothing to really hold the viewers attention. I think your choice of border color is also a little distracting. I think a darker gray or pure black would have added more to the moodiness...

Rude Awakening...by BosborneComment: Very simple shot. Nice bokey. Looks a little too blue for some reason but I don't know what time of day it was shot or the background. Just 'looks' too blue...

Circle of Hopeby banmornComment: Very fitting shot for the challenge. Harsh environment indeed both physically and emotionally.

Gutsby JPRComment: This is one of those shots that I can't wait to see how it was processed. Did you use HDR? I am a little confused by what appears to be a desaturated sky but a color reflection in the window. Nice entry for the challenge.

Chanukah Lightsby levyj413Comment: I guess it's just not much of a pattern... Or an interesting shot even. You say it's Chanukah candles... Why didn't you include the holder? That probably would have helped...

Industrial archaeologyby Rino63Comment: Your colors are a little too vivid. I'm assuming that this is from your use of HDR. This is really apparent in the sky. You also have a bit of noise in the sky which doesn't help out any. But the biggest thing I see in this shot is that it's just not too interesting. Nothing here to hold my attention for more than a second.
