haha, this just made my day. This has got to be one of the other Southwesterners on this site because that is totally my old field and those are definitely two of my old teammates in yellow. I'm hoping that ball got the rest of the way in the net. If so, awesome shot! If not, still pretty cool!

Hey! You're around my neck of the woods! Well at least my family's old neck of the woods. This shot is really awesome. I think you're right that some little tweaks could make it even better, but it's great as is. The focus is phenomenal, and the moment evokes a lot of energy and emotion. I really like this!

Day 6

I dunno, I kinda like the dark eye. It's the usual "face half light half shadow," except that you've put the shadowy shoft focus side in front. This allows you're other brighter more focused eye to pull us all the way through the photo. You have awesome eyes! And I love you're thicker eyebrows, that's what's in you know. Just beautiful!

I like this in bw, almost looks like you're sinking into the couch. I almost want to say the window draws too much attention... but at the same time it's part of the scene and adds to the photo. Is all of the lighting from the window? I like how the light just graces the sides of the couch and lamp. The pattern on the couch and the curtains really adds nice detail.
