Again, I love the lighting and contrast. The overall darkness gives me the chance to search around in the frame for more details.

The perspective on this image is awesome. And I must say, I love the skirt... it just adds a bit of pizazz to the image.

I love your up-from-above pictures. They create such an interesting perspective. The lighting on the couch and lamp is beautiful. Your skirt adds a nice bit of punch to contrast with the softness of the scene.

How did you get that angle?

I like this in bw, almost looks like you're sinking into the couch. I almost want to say the window draws too much attention... but at the same time it's part of the scene and adds to the photo. Is all of the lighting from the window? I like how the light just graces the sides of the couch and lamp. The pattern on the couch and the curtains really adds nice detail.

lol, not at your shot but the fact my shot was taken on my loveseat too. Or couch if you prefer. I haven't put it up yet b/c I want to soften it up a bit but PS won't cooperate tonight. I think I have some sort of virus that's screwing up my pc.

Another lovely image Kari. Love the high angle you chose. Very effective composition. Love your images. ;\
