Horus' Throneby glodaComment: The back lighting on this is well done and produced an interesting view of the chair and a GREAT shadow. THe shadow is not as straight at the top as I would like it to be and maybe an angled composition might have been a way to go to help that but I rather like the centered composition because of the shadow. I think you just needed to adjust the chair or lighting to get the shadow more symmetrical. Regardless it is very fine work and I like it a lot. |

Still Life in B&Wby lytaComment: Like the detail caugjt on this very much. It is sharp without being too oversharpened. The DOF is very nice and composition are very good too. |

B&Wby LongComment: The edge of the apple appears to have the jaggies and it looks a bit flat or rather rectangular rather than round for some reason. I might have tried this without the frame because of the distracting hot spots and on it and reflected on the decanter. But I am enjoying looking at if none the less. |

Fluffby magnusComment: I like that I remember this from the first run through I made (sort of only hald way through there being so many entries so I am lucky I saw it). Very different. Because of the movement of the hands and hair, I have no problem with the centered composition at all. The model is quite pretty and has a great expression. My only nit is a bit of a hot spot along her right forearm near the elbow. But I like it too much to let that bother me because it did not bother me the first time. Excellent work...good luck. |

Fisticus Rectusby lwkimagesComment: Very good...Like the Hi Key background and the detail and lighting on the subject. Could I get a thumbnail of this to send to the person who just gave me a 3? LOL! . |

Remember the Timeby anatolio25Comment: This is a really fine face, full of character and detail and history and hurt and pain and happiness and joy and light and dark.....why did you do that to the edges???? |

Sit With Meby bruskiComment: Did some like this. Like the shadows very much. What I like about the ones I did is also in yours, the back of the bench shadows on the seat of the bench and then the whole bench in a good strong shadow on the flooring. Nice job. |

Make a moveby spaque99Comment: While I can appreciate the hand in the marble shooting position, I really find itdistracts me from the great lights and shadows of the marbles and wish there were more of that and no hand. The compostion is very good in this. |

Squaredby KanntaraComment: This really made an impression on me during my first walk through. 2 little nits: It is pretty straight but it appears to be a little off at the top which could be fixed with a very slight CCW rotation, or, since it is so slight, a small crop and I would have centered it more. Those are outweighed for me by the abstractness and great tones and details of the wood grain. Good Luck. |
