Good panning, I think a few things could have improved this...
Flip the picture so he's cycling from left to right
Slower shutter speed to blur the background more.
A clear background that doesn't blend with or distract from his face.
A more inspired background in general.

I like the fact that you've left negative space for him to move into in this shot.

Impressive sharpness. Very eyecatching shot. The motion blur seems to be independent of the ball, as it is a slightly different size, and seems to carry on after the ball. I'm assuming this is due to use of a flash with a panning technique that didn't match the speed of the ball.

An interesting idea, great expression. I think the shot could have been made more dramatic in several ways: Maybe a longer shutter speed would have helped, but my choice of shot would have been a long shutter speed to show the motion trail of the sponge including the moment where it hits his face which could have been caught with a flash.

Good panning technique, nice and sharp. The composition doesn't do much for me though, I think more negative space is needed... maybe for the boat to enter into. The colours seem a little flat.

Interesting application of motion blur. Great subject, it's a shame he doesn't stand out against the background too well. His rear legs look a little awkward in this shot. I'd have liked a lot of negative space for him to walk into. The main focus here should be his eyes, and they are too much to the side of the frame for this to feel comfortable.

This was my favourite shot this challenge. I'm amazed it didn't place higher.

I love this shot! Very imaginative and creative. The saturation on the flowers seems very dull though, and lets this down from being a potential number 1 IMO.

An interesting shot, but the composition doesn't make this high-impact for me. The main point of focus here is the text, which I lose interest in after a short while.

Delicious juxtaposition of colours. Great motion blur. Effective subject. I like this very much. Your crop doesn't quite do this justice though. I don't often say this, but I think this would benefit from a good border.
