Thanks for all your votes and comments. This was Rosie's (my son's dog) ball and I just suspended it with fishing line and let it swing back and forth until I got this shot.

Delicious juxtaposition of colours. Great motion blur. Effective subject. I like this very much. Your crop doesn't quite do this justice though. I don't often say this, but I think this would benefit from a good border.
