3 metersby tateComment: This could have been a boring shot, but I think you tweaked the colors just right to bring out a lot of texture and visual interest. |

A farmer's taleby freddanComment: Wow. What a view. Only problem I can see with this is two wonderful, but separate subjects competing for my eyeballs. |

Everyday Cat Tailby basssman7Comment: Cattails are everyday, but to me, this is not an everyday image of one. It is debatable if this subject fits the Wabi-Sabi concept. I have to say that I really like it, even if I don't think it totally fits the challenge. An 8 and a fave. |

Web Questby emmylouComment: I like this. Wonderful deep wood colors, great light, and a splash of color. The feather may be a touch too centered for me, but that's a small quibble with an otherwise nice entry. |

Pile of leavesby SebandComment: Definitely Wabi-Sabi, but I'm not seeing anything here that really grabs me. The composition is just not leading me anywhere. A close view of that white box with the vines growing on it would have worked much better for me. |

A Moment of Peaceby SiggavComment: It's an amusing everyday scene, but I don't see beautiful imperfections that would make it fit the description of Wabi-Sabi.
I do like the shot, though. Good comp and the use of b/w works well. |

Fence & Vineby NikonJebComment: Lovely icicles. The horizon seems a bit too centered. I have run into the same with shots like this. A low perspective against the sky or a higher one against the field may have worked better. Perhaps a close up would have impact. Lots of potential here. |

restby kolasiComment: A bit dim, but I suspect brightening it up anymore would show too much noise in the image. I like the subject and composition, but would love to have been able to see more detail and the texture in this. |

Broke in just right.by littlegettComment: Fits the challenge theme just right. Effective use of b/w to show the wear in these. I like the use of the stones for a framing element. |
