 Opened in RAW in PS CS3. Adjusted crop, temperature, contrast. In Photoshop, Used shadow highlight for HDR-like effect. Then Desaturated yellow using Hue/sat layer, used selective color layer to increase black in the black channel only to bring shadows back to be more contrasty. Noise ninja for a slight boost in contrast and sharpening.

Love it...I really like the snow on the pipes, and I do like the lock box on top...I'm trying to crop it out, and it seems a bit too symetrical without it.

This could have been a boring shot, but I think you tweaked the colors just right to bring out a lot of texture and visual interest.

Love the patterns and contrast in this image. If this was my image I would have cropped out the locked box at the top. It competes with the meters for my attention. 6

I love the composition and interpretation but it just looks over processed to me, even with basic editing. Still a very strong shot and this should grab a ribbon (it would if it was my say so!!). Nice one!

What lovely wearing and staining and textures and shapes and lines in such functional and "ugly" objects. Truly fits into the wabi-sabi of the description, which many seem to have ignored.
