| A nice shot but it needs cropped to eliminate the highlight on the left. That white dot really pulls the eye, when I really want to concentrate on the feather. |

| I keep trying to figure out why I like this so much. I think because it's just so incredibly random-looking, with this beautifully colored feather in a tiny spider web on a decaying log, and detail in all the right places to appreciate it. I'm not sure I like the dark space and white blotch on the right so much, but I'm not sure I'd crop it, either. I suspect I will come back and ponder this one some more because it intrigues me! |

| I like this. Wonderful deep wood colors, great light, and a splash of color. The feather may be a touch too centered for me, but that's a small quibble with an otherwise nice entry. |

| Very neat feather find :) I had one myself recently. Yours has excellent coloring. Do wonder how it would've looked if the feather was shot straight on. We'd see the nice patterns of the web and lines of the feather. |

| What a beautifully coloured feather. Might be a bit too centered and the dark right hand side doesn't add much to the photo but it is still worthy of a 7, maybe an 8 after I review all the photos. |
