Mar 02.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: That's fun. The stray pieces of white material in the petals are distracting for me. The lighting struck me as harsh at first, but I'm not sure if softer light would bring out the texture enough (which is very interesting indeed). |

Mar 01.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: I love the colors and textures. The gradual softness at the top right makes it look like a cauldron of boiling purple to me. |

Falling Water dropsby ShutterPugComment: It's very interesting how the light refracted on the background. You might be able to do some interesting things with the imag that appears in the drop (and that might take an unreasonable amount of time to get just right too). |

Rainbow Cometby MelonMusketeerComment: Very creative! I imagine endless interesting possibilities with this technique and might have to try some myself this month. |

Reflectionby ShaneBlakeComment: Great DOF, an interesting angle, and nice control of the whites. The middle of this flower is so mezmorizing, I see why you could get addicted to shooting it. |

MacroMarch_day1.jpgby hyperfocalComment: The subject & background colors compliment nicely. Perhaps a smaller aperture would sharpen more of the subject and keep the furthest flower from getting too blobish. |

March Macro - Day 1by SDWComment: I like that there's enough detail to see the eyes and proboscis. It's an interesitng angle. That guy's wings look a little worse or wear. |

Day 1- by LMA128Comment: Great detail in the seeds and I love the negative space juxtaposed against the curve from the (whatever you call the fuzzy floaty part :)
